The UK’s cheapest touchscreen mobile phone is the Orange Vegas. It’s also available as the T-Mobile Vairy Touch and both phones cost less than £50.

The Vegas has a large 2.4 inch touchscreen and touch interface designed exclusively for use with Orange and orange services.

It has a web browser, email and free access to serivces like Bebo, Facebook and MySpace.

There’s a 1.3 megapixel camera onboard with video record, a decent audio player, an FM radio, Bluetooth and expandable memory up to 4GB.

Spend a little bit more and for £68 you can have the LG KS360 with a slide out QWERTY keyboard. Or for just £72 you can get the LG Cookie (limited stock).
